My name is Janki but you can call me JVNKS. I’m an artist & architect based in New York City. Despite my wardrobe selection, I love color. A lot of my artwork incorporates bold pigments that drive the mood of each piece. I work across multiple mediums, from traditional to digital, and I switch it up often as my neuro-spicy brain requires it.

Most of my artwork will have subtle hue shifts and high contrast. For me, it not only gives my art personality, but also highlights the emotions that fuel me. I feel a lot as a temporary being, floating on a rock in space. These feelings are always deep, vivid, and at times contradicting. I often don’t have the right words to describe my experiences so I turn to paint and canvas (or a stylus and a tablet - but you get it).

I make art for all the different things I enjoy and will forever follow that drive. I would be thrilled for the opportunity to work on graphic & merchandise design for musicians, film/television and editorial illustration.
